About Us

My name is Kim Zawacki. I graduated with my Master of Social Work degree in 2002. I have been happily married for 27 years and have two wonderful children, now 20 and 18 years old. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking, and getting to know new people.

I specialize in working with teens, families, adults, and couples facing various challenges. I started out working with people who were in crises such as suicidal ideations, depression, domestic abuse, sexual assault, and anxiety. Later, I worked in schools and with homeschooled families who had emotional issues, learning and behavioral difficulties, abusive situations, anger management difficulties, family relationship struggles and were going through life transitions. I also worked with families to help them understand each other and work better as a unit. No matter what you are going through – it matters to me. Learning about improving self-esteem and how to be in healthy relationships is something that I feel is so important! I use various therapies to help clients identify what they want to discuss and how to develop a growth mindset to start healing and improving their situation.
